Production Designer: Meg Zeder
She was a founding collaborator of the highly successful cirque TEATRO ZINZANNI and worked with the production company One Reel on projects for Bumbershoot Arts Festival and corporate events from 1998 to 2001. While in Seattle Meg also worked with The Pat Graney Dance Company, The Intiman Theater, UMO, House of Dames and Basic Human Productions.
In 2002 Meg moved to New York to attend New York University’s excellent graduate design program where she was granted a Dean’s Fellowship all three years of her MFA. Since her graduation in 2005 she has designed costumes for New York productions of the operas COSI FAN TUTTE, SUSANNAH, TURANDOT and CARMEN as well as regional theater productions of HAMLET, ANNE OF GREEN GABLES, THE CRUCIBLE and A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM.
She was the assistant Art Director for the 2006 season of “The Issac Mizrahi Show”, Props Master on the feature films MARVELOUS, starring Martha Plimpton (GOONIES and BEAUTIFUL GIRLS) and Ewen Bremner (TRAINSPOTTING), and THE MARCONI BROTHERS starring Brendan Sexton, III (BLACK HAWK DOWN and BOYS DON’T CRY) and Production Designer for the VH1 production “Dingo Ate My Video” in addition to production designing many short films.
